We have been in the people business - dealing with people most all of our life. We had our own retail jewelry business for 20 years and 18 of those years we also found time to manage our rental properties. From this you can tell we like to stay busy. Cain Jewelers, Inc. had a store in Adel, Georgia and the other store was in Nashville, Georgia. On November 04, 2004 the corporation sold the last of its 2 stores giving us time to do what we had grown to enjoy the most - tending to our rental properties.
With us now having plenty of time to do what we like best, life is much better. So, needless to say my wife and I are very happy doing what we are doing. Since then we have made a living rendering a service of providing folks with nice mobile homes and/or lots to live. We have a mobile home subdivision that is safe, quiet, and clean. Within our upscale mobile home subdivision we lease mobile homes to some folks and to others we rent them a lot for their own mobile home. Our properties are immaculate. If you desire to live in a safe, clean and quiet setting, we have what you have been looking for.
We are diversified into basically 3 divisions. Cain Plantation Estates which owns and rents out mobile home lots, Cain Jewelers, Inc. dba Cain Rentals which owns and leases out late model mobile homes, and Cain's Creekside RV Park which owns and rents out full hook up RV Sites. Half of our sites are on the water & are Pull Through.
My wife Karen, our 2 sons - 26 year old Justin and 22 year old Dustin and I invite you to come and enjoy your stay at Creekside. Our oldest son - Justin is managing Cain's Creekside RV Park. We are here to serve you and we all invite you to stay with us at Cain's Creekside RV Park. Remember we are the small park worth the 2 mile drive from I-75.
Our company is based on the belief that our customers needs are of the most importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. Having just opened August 05, 2011, Cain's Creekside RV Park is Lowndes County's newest RV Park. We are a small, neat, clean, modern, safe, and quiet park waiting to serve you. Whether you are traveling East or West on Highway 122, North or South on Highway 41, or traveling North or South on I-75 we are here to accommodate you - we want your business. Because of the way we believe in treating folks we hope to have a high percentage of our business from repeat customers and referrals like we did with our jewelry business.
Our vacancy rate is averaging about 15% at Creekside. Being about 5 years old we are happy with this, but we would like to reduce it to 3%. Over at our upscale mobile home subdivision - Cain Plantation Estates where we have great people living our vacancy rate has averaged only 3% for the past 10 years. We hope to reduce our vacancy rate to 3% at Creekside RV Park & we are well on the way to setting this goal. We welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. See for yourself - if your a good person, come stay with us. Creekside is a small, clean, neat & quiet rv park that you can enjoy, feel safe, and sleep solid as a rock.

Last But Not Least:
God is powerful. I credit God for everything I have. No one has more faith than I do. I have seen so many prayers answered and miracles taken place that no one can persuade me to believe any other way. I thank Jesus everyday for leading, guiding, directing, blessing, and protecting all of my family, friends, and me. - Rodney V. Cain
